CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 24.10.2016 Disputes between husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) had led to registration of the present FIR No.156/2016 under Sections 498A/406/313/34 IPC at the police station Jafrabad. Petitioner nos.2 to 6 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Husband and wife have resolved their differences and have started living together for the last two months. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners without any force, undue influence and coercion and presently living with petitioner no.1 and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the fact that husband and wife have resolved their

differences and are living together, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep them entangled in criminal proceedings.

Accordingly, FIR No.

156/2016 under Sections 498A/406/313/34 IPC registered at police station Jafrabad, which is at investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infrcutuous.
