Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in court states that the petitioner will pay the entire balance decretal amount on or before 15.05.2017. The petitioner shall remain bound by his undertaking.

Accordingly the interim order passed by this court on 26.10.2016 issuing warrants of arrest against the petitioner shall remain stayed till 15.05.2017.

In case the petitioner fails to abide by the undertaking given to this court, the said warrants of arrest shall automatically stand revived. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
