% 23.02.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents state, complete amount in terms of settlement dated February 3, 2016 as noted by this Court in its order dated May 24, 2016 has since been paid and states the petition has become infructuous. Mr. Mohnish Sharma, Executive who appears for the petitioner on the strength of the power of attorney granted in his favour by Ms. Sarita Kamath, Head (Legal and Compliance) of the petitioner company dated December 7, 2017 also concedes to the fact that complete amount has since been paid and states in view of the complete amount having been paid by the respondents, the petition has become infructuous. Noting the above, the petition is disposed of as satisfied. The Contempt Petition is closed.
