% 06.02.2025 This matter is being taken up today as 5th February 2025 was declared a holiday on account of the General Elections-2025 in the Legislative Assembly of the NCT of Delhi.

Mr. Amit Kumar appeared in person on behalf of the respondents and submitted that vide order dated 16th August, 2024, the accused persons i.e., the husband, mother in law and younger brother are already been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge (NDPS), North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. In support of his arguments, he placed the copy of the order dated 16th August, 2024 before this Court which has been taken on record.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, after perusing the order dated 16th August, 2024, fairly conceded that since the accused The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
