% 07.03.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by communication dated 07.09.2018 issued by the respondent/EDMC whereby the petitioner's registration as an advertiser with the respondent has been cancelled. Apart therefrom penalty has also been imposed and the petitioner has also been debarred from participating in tenders for advertisements as may be issued by the respondent/EDMC in future.

Although counter affidavit has not been filed in the matter, Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/EDMC states that by communication dated 06.03.2019 she has been instructed that the petitioner's case is under review before the competent authority of the respondent.
A copy of communication dated 06.03.2019 aforesaid is handed-up and is taken on record.

Ms. Pushkarna clarifies that the review in question will include a fresh consideration of the cancellation of registration, imposition of penalty as well as debarment of the petitioner from participating in future tenders. 4.
In this view of the matter, Ms. Vandita Nain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer made in the petition would stand satisfied subject only to a timeframe being put on the review process which is underway by the respondent.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent/EDMC shall review the issues of cancellation of registration, imposition of penalty as well as debarment of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today; and communicate its decision in writing to the petitioner within one week of such decision being taken. 6.
