% 21.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the petitioners would like to compound the offence under Section 420 IPC before the trial court where the matter has been pending and reserve the right to move afresh thereafter for quashing of the FIR in so far as other offences are concerned.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial court record shall be returned forthwith. R.K.GAUBA, J AUGUST 21, 2018 yg
