O R D E R

% 21.10.2016 Present FIR No. 270/2016 under Sections 186/325/353 IPC was registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, who is a DTC bus driver. Respondent no. 2 alleged in the FIR that on 3rd May, 2016 at about 11:15 AM, petitioner stopped the bus and abused him. He also gave him fists blows. Respondent no. 2 and petitioner have settled their disputes vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 17th October, 2016. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in view of the compromise arrived

at between him and the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the nature of offence and the fact that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 270/2016 under Sections 186/325/353 IPC registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
