% 19.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 28th July, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.5145/2016, whereby the respondents were directed to forthwith grant a Discharge Certificate to the petitioner so that he could join the Allahabad, U.P. Gramin Bank in Group-A post.

In the reply-affidavit, it has been stated by the respondents that Discharge Certificate dated 22nd December, 2016 has been subsequently issued to the petitioner.

Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
