% 26.09.2018 1.
The petitioners are aggrieved by an order dated 06.7.2018, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal dismissing Contempt Petition No. 200/2018 filed by them in O.A. No. 4389/2017, with an observation that the only direction issued by the Tribunal, while disposing of the captioned O.A. filed by the petitioners on 14.12.2017, was to decide their representations within a period of two months, which directions stood complied with. 2.
The Tribunal has noted the fact that the said representations were decided by the respondents on 05.7.2018 and accordingly, the contempt petition was disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to pursue W.P.(C) 10165/2018
their remedies in accordance with law. Instead of filing a fresh O.A. against the order dated 05.7.2018, the petitioners have filed the present petition stating inter alia that the Tribunal ought not to have disposed of the contempt petition filed by them and instead, the order dated 05.7.2018, passed by the respondents ought to have been examined on merits. 3.
We do not see any merit in the said submission, when liberty was granted to the petitioners by the Tribunal vide order dated 06.7.2018, to seek legal recourse against the order dated 05.7.2018, passed by the respondents in compliance of the earlier order dated 14.12.2017. It is for the petitioners to approach the Tribunal by filing a fresh O.A. for assailing the order dated 05.7.2018, if so advised, in accordance with law. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed along with the pending applications.
