% 03.11.2016 It is stated that refund has been granted to the principal amount but the interest claim has not been processed. Respondents are directed to do so within two weeks and pass suitable order. The entire amount-principal as well as the interest, to the extent it is determined as admissible shall be remitted to the petitioner's account within three weeks.
In case of any discrepancy or dispute, it is open to the petitioner to apply for relief. Such an application shall be disposed of within four weeks after it is being preferred.
