O R D E R

% 07.11.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging order dated NIL March, 2016, whereby Flat No.59, Pocket-16A, Sector-22, Rohini, New Delhi, allotted to petitioner in the draw held on 20th August, 2008 has been cancelled on the ground that vide letter dated 23rd October, 2015, the SDM Punjabi Bagh, has not recommended petitioner's name for giving possession letter of the aforesaid flat. In a matter dealing with the similar impugned order, this Court vide judgment and order dated 2nd November, 2016 has disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

Consequently, present writ petition is also disposed of with the same liberty.
