2. The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 8th June, 2017 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi cancelling the bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 13th January, 2017 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-01.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order except observing that it will be open to the Petitioner to renew his application for bail before the learned ASJ after the report under Section 173 Cr PC is filed.

4. The Court also notes the submission of the learned APP that the report under Section 173 Cr PC will in all probability be filed within two weeks. CRL.M.C. 2435/2017

5. The petition and the application are dismissed. Order dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
