% 23.06.2017 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed to produce one Mr.Dinesh alleged husband of the petitioner.

Learned APP has handed over a status report in which it is stated that Mr.Dinesh had been admitted in a de-addition centre at Village Karala, main Kajhawala Road on 17th May, 2017. Mr. Dinesh is also personally present in Court. He has been identified by the petitioner who is present. Consequently the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
