% 12.09.2018 After some arguments, Mr. M. Hasibuddin, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to seek relief, in terms of the orders passed on 20.03.2018, in SLP (Civil) Diary No(s).5253/2018, titled as 'Shiv Shankar & Ors. vs. DDA (Delhi Development Authority) Through its Vice Chairman & Anr.', which is extracted hereinbelow:- "...However, considering the fact that initially the petitioners were in authorised occupation after the leases have expired, and further considering that they are performing agricultural operations in the said properties, we give them time till December, 2019 to vacate possession, on the usual undertaking being given before the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from today."
