% 11.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general allegations of demand of dowry and harassment in the FIR levelled against the petitioner.
It is submitted that no allegations are there that petitioner had poured kerosene oil on the complainant and tried to set her on fire. It is further submitted that petitioner was not present in the house at the time of alleged incident.
Vide order dated 16th June, 2017, petitioner was granted protection from arrest. This protection is still continuing. Petitioner has participated in the investigation.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject
to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
