% 13.01.2017 CRL.M.A.726/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking withdrawal of the present petition, filed by the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has already been filed and submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate forum as per law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
