O R D E R

% 09.07.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the office order dated 01.06.2016 whereby the request of the petitioner for grant of recognition to the petitioner-association was rejected due to nonproviding of satisfactory information/record/documents required for its recognition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states, without going into controversy, whether all the documents as sought for were submitted or not, the petitioner shall, if again is informed by the respondents of the documents to be submitted, submit the same to them for consideration of its application for the recognition.

Ms. Monica Arora, learned counsel for the respondents states that the necessary information with regard to the documents to be submitted by the

petitioner-association shall be communicated to the petitioner under the orders of the competent authority within three weeks from today. If that be so, the petitioner shall submit all the documents to the competent authority within four weeks thereafter.

It goes without saying that the competent authority shall consider the application / documents of the petitioner-association and pass necessary order(s) in accordance with the applicable rules within four weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
