1. This order is in continuation of the earlier orders passed in this petition.

2. A detailed status report has been filed by the State which states that the SHO of the concerned Police Station has made enquiries in the village from which Idrish (Respondent No.3) hails. The SHO learnt that none of his family members are in touch with Idrish since long. As far as the addresses given by him in Delhi are concerned, enquiries have shown that he does not

appear to have lived at any of them for any length of time.

3. Ms. Aayisha, the Counsellor, who has been assisting in these proceedings states that she visited Ms. Neeru at the Global Home and was informed by Ms. Neeru that she wants to live with her parents. Further, she declined to meet Idrish when he went there. Ms. Aayisha further informs the Court that Ms. Neeru and her parents appeared before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). The CWC has asked them to appear before it tomorrow as well.

4. Learned counsel representing Idrish submitted that one more opportunity may be given to him to meet Ms. Neeru in the Court premises itself. In view of the clear stand expressed by Ms. Neeru, as recorded above, the Court is not inclined to accede to this request.

5. Ms. Neeru is now free to proceed in accordance with her wishes. If she desires to stay with her parents, she is at liberty to do so.

6. No further directions are called for in this writ petition. It is disposed of in the above terms.
