2. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 3rd June, 2017 passed by the learned ACMM (SW), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in CC No. 44/16 directing the SHO to register an FIR in the application filed by the Respondent No.2 under Section 156(3) CrPC.

3. The Court is informed by the learned APP that pursuant to the impugned order an FIR in fact has been registered.
