As the matter is settled between the parties vide the settlement agreement dated 08.12.2017 the petition stands dismissed as settled. Both the parties are bound with the terms of aforesaid settlement agreement. The application IA No.694/2018 stands disposed of . No order as to costs.

The earlier date 15.02.2018 fixed in O.M.P. (COMM) 492/2016 stands cancelled.
