% 19.11.2015 IA No. 23979/2015 under Section 151 CPC moved on behalf of plaintiff for return of original documents Learned counsel for plaintiff has drawn my attention to order dated 16.09.2015 of Hon'ble Court whereby original suit was dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that leave was granted to plaintiff in terms of said order for filing fresh suit for the same relief and the original documents are needed for the said purpose. He undertakes to file certified copies of the original documents within two weeks. Subject to the same, the application is allowed and original documents are directed to be returned to the plaintiff after the plaintiff files the certified copies of the same.

The plaintiff to appear before AR (original) on 21.12.2015 at 2.30 pm. IA is accordingly disposed of.
