Since petitioner claims service benefits in the form of medical expenses reimbursement and petitioner was an employee of the Central Government, this Court would not have jurisdiction as the original jurisdiction will be of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, and therefore, at the request of the petitioner, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi and which will decide the same in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of accordingly in terms of the aforesaid observations.
