Insofar as the interim order is concerned, this Court is not persuaded to pass any interim order directing the petitioner to pay a monthly maintenance of `2,000/- per month. It is noticed that the petitioner is also occupying the premises which is stated to belong to the petitioner's grandfather.

The respondents (parents) of the petitioner had also filed an application, claiming that the petitioner be directed to pay charges of the area of the house being occupied by them, or be evicted. The said application has been rejected. Considering the overall position, it would not be apposite to pass any interim order.
