% 17.11.2016 The petitioner claims to have married Praveena against the wishes of her parents on 17.08.2016. The petitioner also claims that she is being illegally detained by her parents. Notice was issued in this matter. Praveena has been produced in Court. She submits that no legal marriage has taken place between her and the petitioner. We had interacted with Praveena and the petitioner in the Chamber. Praveena submits that she has not been illegally detained. In view of the statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is dismissed. G.S.SISTANI, J.
