% 14.11.2018 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 08.10.2018. The Settlement Agreement has been signed by the legal guardian of the minor plaintiff and by the defendants. As per the Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff-Master Dhairya Chaudhary shall be the exclusive owner of 46 sq. yards of the property i.e. House No. 27, Ward No. 1, Near Water Tank, Mehrauli, New Delhi measuring 198 sq. yards which is shown in the site plan. There are six legal heirs of Late Smt. Madhur Bala who was the original owner of the said property. The family settlement is for the

benefit of the minor.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff has also in terms of Order 32 Rule 7 CPC filed an affidavit of the guardian of the plaintiff stating that the compromise is for the benefit of the minor. The same is placed on record. A perusal of the facts shows that the compromise is for the benefit of the minor. Accordingly a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.10.2018. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Parties are free to take steps to have the decree registered before the concerned Sub-Registrar. The concerned Sub-Registrar shall cooperate in registering the document.
