% 05.04.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 2303/2017 This application was filed by the respondent seeking revival of the appeal on the ground that after the order dated 7th December, 2017 when the parties had arrived at a settlement the appellant failed to fulfil the conditions imposed on him and did not pay the balance amount. Learned counsel for the respondent appearing in Court states that the payment has since been made and seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
