% 04.11.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the statutory bodies. His submission is that there is illegal hawking and encroachment being carried out on both sides of the road i.e. footpath and in front of the factories of the petitioner i.e. Y-1, Y-2 and Y-3, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi. This is in active connivance inter-se the statutory bodies.

On advance notice, learned counsels for the respondents have put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that an action taken program has been scheduled on 11.11.2016 and all necessary illegal encroachments shall be removed from the site. The active assistance of respondent No. 2 shall be given to respondent No. 1.
