By the petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the concerned police authorities to take appropriate action against the respondent no.3, who is the father of the girl and on whose statement FIR No.231/2017 under Section 363 IPC PS Shakarpur, has come to be registered.

As per the FIR the age of the girl is stated to be 15 years. Interestingly, neither the petitioner nor the girl, whom, he alleges to have married, could be traced either at the address given in the petition or in Aadhar Card.

In the event, the petitioner and missing girl are not disclosing their correct addresses, which authority is required to be directed to provide protection to their life and the

property, cannot be understood.

Is the instant petition filed, to over reach investigation of the case FIR No.231/2017 under Section 363 IPC PS Shakarpur, one wonders?

Be that as it may, the petitioner should approach the concerned police station for protection of life and property, if, actually required, in the first instance. In the event, the concerned authority fail to extend any such protection or it is apprehended so, it goes without saying, petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court afresh.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
