1. Individual affidavits have been filed by Mr. Mahesh B. Shah, Advocate as well as by five other Advocates practising before the Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT) at Ahmedabad. They are Mr. Bhailalbhai Somabhai Parmar, Mr. Jitendrakumar S. Jadav, Mr. Kunal M. Shah, Mr. Suresh A. Jadav and Ms. Kajal K. Shah. Each one of them has expressed regret about the letter dated 23rd May, 2017 having been written to the Chairman of the RCT. Each has unhesitatingly tendered their 'unconditional and unequivocal sincerest apology' to the Chairman of the RCT and to this Court. It appears that each of them sought an appointment, met the Chairman of the RCT on 23rd November, 2017 and conveyed their apology to him in person.

2. In view of the above affidavits, coming as they do from Advocates Crl C Ref 2 of 2017

practising before the RCT, the Court is of the view that the apology tendered should be accepted subject to the condition that the assurance given to this Court that there would be no occasion in future for any such communication being written to the RCT or its Chairman is strictly adhered to.

3. The petition is treated as closed and disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
