% 04.07.2017 At the outset, it has been pointed out to the learned counsel that the petitioner has not produced the Articles of Association of the respondent no. 1 company (Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) and the said Articles of Association include provisions for disciplinary proceedings. Prima facie, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has concealed the Articles of Association wilfully with a view to secure orders from this Court.

At this stage, Mr Nandrajog, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. The petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn

with the aforesaid liberty subject to payment of cost of ₹50,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.
