2. This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. ND-RN-000121 registered against the Petitioner under Section 380 IPC at e-Police Station (Roop Nagar, North District).

3. The Court has perused the affidavit of the Complainant who has categorically stated that he does not wish to pursue the complaint and has no objection to the quashing of the FIR. The complainant has been identified by the Investigating Officer ('IO').

4. Learned APP has also not expressed any objection to the quashing of the FIR.

In view of the affidavit filed by the Complainant and in exercise of the powers under Section 482 Cr PC and considering the facts and circumstances explained in the petition, the Court quashes FIR No. ND-RN000121 registered against the Petitioner under Section 380 IPC at e-Police Station (Roop Nagar, North District).
