2. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 23/2016 under Sections 376/493/495/496/417/406/323/506/120B/34 IPC registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar.

3. The Court has perused the order dated 26th May, 2017 passed by the learned ASJ dismissing the Petitioner's anticipatory bail Bail Appln.No. 1140/2017

application. The submissions of Mr. Mohit Mathur, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner have also been considered.

4. The Court notices that earlier the Petitioner sought to have the present FIR quashed by filing a petition in this Court under Section 482 Cr PC. The said petition was dismissed by an order dated 28th March, 2017 of this Court. Thereafter a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the Petitioner. The allegations against him are serious. In the facts and circumstances, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The petition is dismissed.
