The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that an arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 24.10.2016, bearing No.52/EE/M113/LNV/2015-16. 2.

The petitioner states that he invoked the arbitration clause by its letter dated 07.11.2015.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the parties are agreeable that the parties be referred to arbitration under the ageis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

It is therefore directed, with the consent of the parties, that an Arbitrator be appointed under the Rules of DIAC. The parties shall appear

before the Co-ordinator, DIAC on 12.12.2016 at 11:00 AM. The arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of DIAC and in accordance with its Rules.

The petition is disposed of.
