1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 407/2015 registered against the Petitioners under Sections 498-A, 406, 34 IPC at Police Station Pandav Nagar, Delhi.

3. Pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the Complainant and the Petitioners, a series of steps have been taken the last of which is quashing of the above FIR upon payment of the balance settlement amount of Rs.7 lakhs by way of demand draft to the Complainant. The said demand draft bearing W.P. (CRL) No. 1814/2017

No. 501197 dated 9th June, 2017 drawn on ICICI Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi has been handed over today in the Court to the Complainant who is present in Court and has been identified by the IO. She has no objection to the quashing of the FIR since all the terms and conditions of the settlement now stand fulfilled.

4. Learned APP has also not expressed any objection to the quashing of the FIR.

5. Accordingly, the Court quashes FIR No. 407/2015 registered against the Petitioners under Sections 498-A, 406, 34 IPC at Police Station Pandav Nagar, Delhi.
