2. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 435/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at P.S Madhu Vihar.
3. The Court has heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and has also examined the FIR.

4. Counsel for the Petitioner referred to the documents pertaining to the earlier complaint which ultimately got withdrawn when the parties reached a settlement. He also referred to the order dated 7th November 2013 passed by this Court in Crl.M.C.No.4200/2013 recording the settlement.
5. However, the present FIR adverts to the events that took place thereafter. A perusal of the FIR reveals that there are sufficient and grave allegations against the Petitioner which require to be investigated. There is no case made out for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. The petition is dismissed.
