2. Learned APP for the State informs the Court that proceedings under Section 82 Cr PC has already been initiated against the Petitioner and the next date before the Court of Shri Sushil Kumar, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, Room No. 289 is fixed for 27th July, 2017.
3. Given the number of anticipatory bail applications that the Petitioner has repeatedly filed, and without success, the Court is of the view that the Petitioner should first surrender before the aforementioned Court either on W.P.(CRL) 1812/2017 Page 1 of 2.
