2. This is an application for anticipatory bail in FIR No. 167/2016 registered under Sections 363/365/366A/370/368/370A/372/376/342/ 343/120B/109/34 IPC, P.S. Kamla Market.

3. The court has heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. There are specific allegations against the Petitioner in the statement of the prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr PC. These inter alia are that the Petitioner is running a Kotha where forceful prostitution is BAIL APPLN. 1135/2017 Page 1 of 2.

being carried on. The charge sheet filed notes that Shehnaz, the Petitioner herein, "is the registered owner of 5 Kothas and is running the business of forceful prostitution and has also gone to jail in various cases."

4. This is clearly not a case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The petition is dismissed.
