1. The order dated 21st February, 2014 disobedience of which is alleged by the Petitioner in the present petition does not survive since the writ petition in which it was passed i.e. W.P. (C) 1234/2014 has since been dismissed by this Court by an order dated 13th November, 2017.

2. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present petition. It will, however, be open for the Petitioners to seek other appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The petition is dismissed in the above terms. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
