% 19.04.2018 Present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging violation of order dated May 31, 2017. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the shop has not been demolished, but because of the demolition carried out above the shop, cracks have appeared on the walls of the shop occupied by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the shop requires repair work. Mr. Sanjay Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 states, respondents are ready and willing to carry out the

necessary repair work, i.e., plastering of the walls and the roof, for which the petitioner needs to vacate the shop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, is agreeable to the said submission. He also states, appropriate date shall be intimated to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to carry out the repair work. In view of the above, learned counsel for the parties states, the contempt petition be closed. Ordered accordingly.
