% 23.06.2017 Present application has been filed for grant of bail under Section 439 Cr. P.C. in FIR No. 168/2015 under Section 376/506 IPS PS Ranhola. Since the statement of the prosecutrix has already been recorded, this Court directs the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.

With the aforesaid directions, present bail application stands disposed of. The rights and contentions of parties are left open.

In the event, the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court once again for bail in accordance with law.
