% 14.06.2017 Ms. Shalini Kapoor, appearing for the petitioner submits, at the outset, that she is not pressing prayer (i) in the present contempt petition to the extent it seeks execution and performance of the order dated 30.05.2017 and 'taking of all actions as per law for removal of all unauthorised and unlawful constructions being carried out by Smt. Gurdeep Kaur Nagar' and that she is limiting the present petition only to her prayers of initiation of action against the alleged contemnors for having committed contempt. She, therefore, seeks liberty to move a separate application for execution, if so advised. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Mr. Sanjeev Sabharwal, appearing for SDMC states, on instructions, from Mr. Ashok Kumar, Executive Engineer (Building)-II, South Zone/SDMC, present in Court that inspection of property in question as per the order dated 30.05.2017 has taken place and that the time for filing the inspection report, thereafter, would expire only tomorrow. He submits that the inspection report would be filed, as directed by the order dated 30.05.2017, but prays for extension of time by one week to do so, which is granted. He also assures that consequent action, on the basis of said inspection report, would be taken within the period stipulated in the order dated 30.05.2017. Mr. Sabharwal is directed to furnish copy of the inspection report to the petitioner.
