O R D E R

% 10.08.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.219/2017, under Sections 363/363-A/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is an innocent person having no nexus with the allegations as alleged in the FIR in question. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and she is further ready to join the investigation as and when directed to do so and prays that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application. He, however, on instructions from the Investigating Officer has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of her arrest the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and she shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court below.
