O R D E R
% 10.10.2017 Petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased, who died an unnatural death within two years of her marriage. Learned APP submits that deceased died due to electrocution. Father of the deceased has stated that her in-laws used to torture and beat her on the point of dowry. During the investigation, it was revealed that there were one submersible motor pump and one washing machine lying there at the spot. The said washing machine was not in working condition.
Similarly, no cut in the electric wire was found in the submersible motor pump, inasmuch as, no leakage of electric current was found.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general allegations against the petitioner. Petitioner had been living separately from
the married couple.
Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to his finishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
