% 07.11.2016 After some arguments the learned counsel for the parties state that the matter may be resolved with the intervention of the Executive Director of the Punjab & Sindh Bank. Accordingly, it is directed that the parties shall appear before the Executive Director, Punjab & Sindh Bank on 18.11.2016 for resolution of the disputes. The petitioner shall prepare a short brief synopsis of the disputes to be resolved and file the same with the Executive Director, Punjab & Sindh Bank on or before 11.11.2016. In the meanwhile the parties shall not disturb the status quo obtaining as on date. The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
