% 11.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No.28, Jangpura Road, Bhogal, New Delhi. Submission is that this activity of the private respondent/respondent no.3 is illegal. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. Her submission is that this property already stands booked on 05.9.2016 i.e. basement and the ground floor and the column on the first floor. On 01.11.2016, the first floor, second and third floor of the aforenoted property has been booked. Work stop notice was issued on 07.11.2016. Sealing action has been

initiated.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken. It is hoped and expected that the action as has been noted herein above will be taken in accordance with law by the respondent.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
