% 26.10.2016 Crl. M.A. No. 16770/2016 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 3113/2016 Present FIR No. 487/2014 under Sections 420/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Jaitpur on the complaint of respondent no. 2 against the petitioner.

FIR is outcome of a property deal between the petitioner and respondent no. 2. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and submits that he has

compromised the matter with petitioner on his own free will and without any undue force and coercion or pressure.

He further submits that he has received entire settled amount and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the facts of this case, nature of offence, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 487/2014 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jaitpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
