1. Allowed subject to all just exceptions W.P.(C) No.5308/2017 & C.M.No.22502/2017 (stay)

2. This writ petition seeks a direction to the Respondents to retain the Petitioner in the current place of posting which is Delhi. The Petitioner has been relieved from Delhi and asked to report in Bhubaneswar (Orissa) by the impugned letter dated 6th June, 2017.

4. The impugned order itself notes "As per expert opinion, his now place of posting has all expertise and infra available. Individual to be relieved". Learned counsel for the Respondent adds that there is an AIIMS Hospital at Bhubaneswar as well.

5. In that view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order. As and when the Petitioner requires any expert medical assistance, he can make an appropriate request which would be considered on its merits by the authorities concerned.

6. The petition is dismissed in the above terms. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
