O R D E R

% 20.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 17th January, 2018. It is further submitted that the settled amount has been paid, in as much as sale deed has also been executed. Petitioner has already participated in the investigation.

Vide order dated 16th August, 2017, interim protection was granted to the petitioner which is still continuing.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
