As per the office report, service has been affected on respondents No. 1 and 3 to 7. Service report qua respondent No.2 is awaited. However, an advance copy of the petition has already been served on the counsel for respondent No.2.

By the present transfer petition filed under Section 24 CPC, the petitioners seek transfer of Civil Suit No. 246/2016 titled as Shri Krishan Lal Gupta & Anr. vs. Shri Rajinder Goyal & Ors. pending in the court of District Judge North, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the court of District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

It is stated that the suit property falls in the jurisdiction of Sarai Rohilla which comes in the jurisdiction of Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as such the suit should have been transferred to Central

District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The matter has been transferred to Rohini Courts, Delhi when the matter was transferred from this court. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has no objection. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

Civil Suit No. 246/2016 titled as Shri Krishan Lal Gupta & Anr. vs. Shri Rajinder Goyal & Ors. pending in the court of District Judge North, Rohini Courts, Delhi is transferred to the court of District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi 7.

The parties to appear before the concerned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 12.04.2017. 8.
