% 05.02.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the parties inform that pending the present petition, impugning the order fixing ad interim maintenance, the interim maintenance has been assessed. It is submitted that Petitioner has already filed a petition impugning the said interim fixation of maintenance being Crl.Rev.P No.606/2018 which is listed to be A.K.Pathak, J on 11.04.2019. Subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, list this petition also along with Crl.Rev.P.606/2018 on 11.04.2019. Interim order to continue.
